Charges will appear on your credit card statement as: USAreeds SaxPlus MCWe accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express from the US, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Orders from other countries must be prepaid by money order or cashier's check in US Dollars.
If you prefer to pay by money order or cashier's check, send payment to: MC Computers, P.O. Box 6456, Kingwood, TX 77325-6456. Email to verify that an item is in stock before mailing payment.

RETURNS: All sales are final, refunds are made only when repairs or replacement are not possible. It is the purchasers responsibility to determine that a product meets their needs before a purchase is made.
SALES TAX: All sales shipped to a Texas address will be charged 8-1/4% sales tax unless a valid resale or exemption certificate(not a copy of your tax permit) is received.
PRIVACY: Privacy is of great importance; and information you provide to MC Computers does not leave MC Computers. MC Computers does not sell, trade, or otherwise exchange customer addresses or e-mails. For the purpose of security, this site offers SSL Encryption of sensitive data. This process is endorsed by the credit card issuers as a safe way to transmit sensitive data via the Internet. Your e-mail address is required for confirmation of your order. It is also used to provide follow up information regarding the order you have placed. We do not add your e-mail account to any mailing list nor, as stated above, provide your e-mail address to any outside entity for any reason.
LIMITED WARRANTY:Unless otherwise excluded, all items are warranted 30 days from the date of delivery including any implied warranties. Functionally defective products will be repaired or exchanged if the defect is reported during the warranty period. Used and refurbished items are warranted to be fully functional and usable for their intended purpose. Cosmetic problems and compatibility with other hardware or software is not covered under this warranty. A defect is considered to be cosmetic when it does not impair the functionality of a product. Retain all packing materials and your invoice for the 30 day warranty period in case a return is necessary. The cost of return shipping is paid by the customer. Repaired or exchanged items will be shipped back to the customer at MC Computers expense if a defect was found. All software and the media that contains it is sold AS-IS NO WARRANTY. There are no other warranties, expressed or implied.
SHIPPING: In some cases the rates calculated by the online order form will be adjusted particularly for large or heavy items. You will be notified by e-mail of any change. In the event that something is damaged in shipment, it is up to the customer to start a damage claim. Damaged items should be immediately repackaged exactly like they were sent to you. This is absolutely essential to making a successful claim. All items are packaged in accordance with established guidelines and MC Computers is not liable for shipping damage. Absolutely no COD shipments.
